Pre-convention workshops and dealer set-up are Wednesday, August 11. Saturday afternoon the sales room and exhibits open to the public.

This is a working demo. The schedule and rooms come from a real convention's published materials; the organization, contacts, and 48 dealers are placeholders; the sales room layout was generated by a solver from their table requests and placement needs (10 second tables granted, 0 conflicts).

Where things are

The convention lives on the second floor of the Hyatt, around the Atrium at the top of the escalators. Workshops and theme dinners also use first-floor rooms.
